Humanity Lost

It is the Year 2038, The New Era, it is a time where the world has become a paradise.
Violence, war, hate and crime is no more. The earth is now one big sphere full of happiness and good will, all thanks to a suppressant that increases Mankinds good nature to one another and obedience to authority while suppressing everything else.
Eva, a beautiful and compassionate young woman has a secret. She is immune to the substance and has what no one else does, freewill.
Freewill, the only crime. Immunities are criminals in The New Era and are tracked by The System, an Agency funded by the Government.
One day, unexpected by her, Eva meets Bishop, a mysterious and strangely immune young man. From that moment, her life and The New Era will never be the same again.

Imagine living in the New Era where thanks to a special substance everybody is good to each other and slavish to authority, and the worst crime people commit is having free will. That's the reality in Humanity Lost by P M Thomas.
We meet Eva, a confident young woman who unbeknown to the authorities, is immune to this substance and has the one thing others lack - free will. But, she's not alone in this New Era. She meets Bishop, who also shares her immunity, but unlike Eva, he wants to fight the authorities.
An unusual novel with a spattering of romance, this is an interesting read.
I want to read more of this author's work.

I found this novel simply amazing: it will take your breath away until the last page of the book! I read it in one night as soos I downloaded it. Plot, dialogues, characters’ profiles and passion are intertwined to perfection in a series of twists that make you want to read more and more pages of the book.
I won’t spoil it: I don’t want to reveal the ending or tell you more than what you can read from the extract but I can say this is a very well done piece of literature and worth every penny. Good work! Absolutely recommended!
